Timber Frame is a prefabricated, fast and quality controlled method that is becoming more and more popular with Irish homeowners, self-builds and both small and large-scale developers.
In appearance timber frame looks the same as a block built home and similar to the end user but timber frame is light weight, pre-fabricated and highly insulated. The biggest difference between the two is the benefit to the end user – timber frames are cheap and easy to heat and can save up to 40% and in some cases exceed this in savings on heating bills.
